01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Aaradhana Industries ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of our website and all related services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our website and services.

03 Orders & Payments

Order Placement

All orders placed with Aaradhana Industries are subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or where product availability or pricing errors have occurred. We will notify you of any such cancellation promptly.

Pricing Policy

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise explicitly specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement and reflected in the issued quotation or invoice.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice issued to you for each transaction
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS), UPI, cheque, and other approved payment methods
• Title to goods passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment of the invoice amount
• Late or delayed payments may attract applicable interest charges as per Indian commercial law
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise

GST & Taxes

All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory levies will be charged as per prevailing Indian government regulations and will be clearly reflected in the invoice issued to you. Clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties or local taxes for out-of-state or international transactions.

04 Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines, shipping costs, and logistics arrangements will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation. While we make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe, Aaradhana Industries shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, floods, pandemics, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions
• Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery addresses provided by the buyer
• Delays caused by third-party logistics partners, courier companies, or transporters
• Customs clearance delays or regulatory hold-ups for interstate or international shipments
• Unusual weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

05 Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. To initiate a valid return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods, with clear photographic or video evidence and a written description of the defect or discrepancy sent to info@aaradhanaindustries.shop.

Refund Process

• All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of return receipt and quality inspection
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction
• Shipping costs for returns caused by our error (defective/incorrect goods) will be fully borne by Aaradhana Industries
• Customized, specially manufactured, or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless confirmed as defective
• Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for partially defective shipments

06 Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Aaradhana Industries or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of India and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license expressly does not include:

07 Limitation of Liability

Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms, our services, or the business relationship between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Both parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for this purpose.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations for a minimum period of 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within the specified period, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, as amended. The key terms of any such arbitration shall be:

• Seat of Arbitration: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
• Language: English
• Number of Arbitrators: One (1) mutually agreed sole arbitrator
• Governing Rules: Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)

The arbitral award shall be final, conclusive, and binding on both parties, and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction within India or internationally as applicable.

12 Changes to Terms

Aaradhana Industries reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable and timely notice of any significant changes through the following methods:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website with a clearly revised "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to all registered users and active business contacts

• Obtaining fresh consent from users where required by applicable Indian law
